We paid for a client to get the premium version of the All In One Event wordpress plugin from Time.ly.
We now wish to contact them for support.
Here is our experience in using their website and links to support.
We cannot find out how to do so, and keep getting directed to a page to pay for the plugin.
We cannot find a phone number, or email address for support.
They have a general support forum, and we have created this post in order to share the screenshots – since there is no way to upload images.
Hopefully this will be corrected. We will update this post to reflect our experience.
If anyone from Time.ly does see this – maybe want to look at this too…Tried to add avatar and after hitting continue the page locks up.

Something seems to be muddled with the purchase to your social network. If you changed your social network login email to another, that would have caused the problem. Regardless, we are removing the social network login in a few weeks. Sorry that you had problems, I responded via email as well.
